Description of Service

This service provides to People Leaders with access to organizational design and change management support for their college or unit to achieve organizational effectiveness to help achieve their strategic goals and directions. This service includes:

  • Aligning organization structures (e.g. reporting relationships, governance mechanisms) to support the goals and aspirations of the college or unit, including:
    • Strategy, Structures, Systems, Staff, and Skills components
  • Providing change management expertise so that unit can create the culture needed to support the strategy, including:
    • Assessment, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE Model)

Access

The organizational effectiveness service is primarily provided to People Leaders. People Leaders can contact their HR Strategic Business Advisor for more information. The list of HR Strategic Business Advisors is in the knowledge base (login required).


Availability of Support

Core Hours: 8:30 am–4:30 pm Monday to Friday
After Hours: N/A



Service Exclusions, Limitations, and Restrictions

  • The organizational effectiveness service provides facilitation and support through the process; colleges and units are responsible for logistics and materials needed.

Service Charges

  • There are generally no charges associated with the use of the organizational effectiveness service, but units will be responsible for any costs associated with the logistics and materials needed.
